Today the launch of a new simulators maintenance and repair service SimHelp.com is officially announced. More information on the project and a short word from the engineers’ team leader is just below.
“Full flight simulator is a project. It is not a ten-ton weight white box on the hydraulic legs, but a revenue making machine for the shareholders, a safety bringer to the airline passengers, a life saver or, oppositely, the cause of the headache for the entire training centre if the slots are cancelled as some parts are malfunctioning. To take care of the full flight simulator, a number of competences are needed: from finding a relocation partner to repairing failed control loading system, renewing a visual system or simply taking care of a broken oxygen mask.
To help aviation training centres take care of their full flight simulators, a new business branch, SimHelp.com is launched. We are aimed to help simulators operators by providing all those services in one hand by finding and coordinating the best partners in the market. We are happy with this new-born child and invite everybody for an active participation in our community to keep your training centre’s flight simulators in a top condition“, says Arturas Bartkevicius, Avionics engineer, Engineers Team Leader at SimHelp.com.
